John Kittell

John Kittell joined Ace Hardware in 2000 as a Retail Pricing Analyst.  He has worked in several corporate departments before moving over to Retail Operations in 2014.  He has held various leadership positions within Retail Operations, including Director of Corporate Retail Operations, Director of Project Management, Director of the Eastern Division, and Corporate VP of New Business.  He was promoted to Vice President of Retail Operations and New Business in January of 2021.

John earned his Bachelor’s degree in Busines from Illinois State University.
