Employee feedback ranks Ace Hardware among top 10 companies to work for in Chicagoland for third year in a row

The Top Workplace designation is based solely on employee feedback gathered from Ace Hardware team members through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

Ace Hardware team members again graded the company particularly well in overall satisfaction, employee engagement and organizational health. Specifically, Ace scored above the retail industry average for employee sentiment in terms of company values, leadership transparency, and managerial support.
