Ace Hardware Named one of America's Best Employers in 2019 by Forbes

Ace Hardware Corporation, the largest retailer-owned hardware cooperative in the world, is pleased to announce it has been named one of America's Best Employers in 2019. Forbes, along with market research company Statista, ranked Ace Hardware at number 193, up from the company’s spot at number 330 in the 2018 report.

The Forbes list ranked the 500 best large employers in the United States, with the results based on anonymous surveys of employees working at businesses with over 1,000 employees. To compile the report, Statista surveyed 50,000 Americans on whether they would recommend their employer to others, while also nominating organizations in industries outside their own.

In addition to this ranking, Ace Hardware was recognized as one of the 2018 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation by the National Association of Business Resources. For the second consecutive year, Ace Hardware also ranked among the top 10 employers for the Chicagoland area in The Chicago Tribune’s 2018 Top Workplace list.
